Service Standards
Each of our service standards have been consulted on with a group of tenants through Llais Clwyd and the Tenant Participation Working Group as well as staff within the Association. These service standards tell you what level of service you can expect from us. We will regularly measure our performance against these service standards with the use of Mystery Shoppers and our Tenant Inspectors, and we will let you know how we are doing through the tenant newsletter – CADWYN and our Annual Report. Hard copies of our service standards are available on request or in our offices in Denbigh and Bala.
