HomeSwapper Mutual Exchange Scheme
If you are a tenant of the Association, and wish to move, have you thought of swapping? We have joined Homeswapper, so will pay your membership fee. You can exchange with someone from the same town. or further afield. You must get the Association’s permission before exchanging, but it is a way you can move without having to wait for a suitable property to become empty.
