Information to the Young People of Conwy County

This is a joint project between Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd and the Housing Department at Conwy Council.

The bus will be travelling around communities within Conwy County, and the gang that works in it will be offering information and workshops on current issues such as careers, health, lesiure, sexual health, bullying and much more for young people aged between 11-25 years.

This year the project won the Ansawdd Quality Awrad, which is an award that recognises the consistent, high qaulity service which is provided on the bus.
