What is 50 Club?
The club is a panel of tenants who will be given the chance to comment on all kind of matters, whether it is a problem that is relevant to your area, new enterprises from the Assembly or changes to the Association's policies and procedures.

Tai Clwyd 50 Club Consultation Day
Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd invited all members of the Tai Clwyd 50 Club to attend a Consultation Day held in the Hand, Llangollen on the 27 th November 2007 . Over twenty tenants attended the event from all over our operational area including Flint , Denbigh, Dolgellau, Llansilin, Bala and Llangollen.
During the afternoon various topics were consulted upon including our Rent Policy, Lettings Policy, National Tenant Participation Strategy and the Maintenance Service (including Best Value Review and Welsh Housing Quality Standard). Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd were very grateful for all the comments and feedback received. We would like to thank all members of the group for their contribution on the day and their continuous hard work throughout the year by filling in questionnaires on various policies and procedures; a three course evening meal was provided for everyone.
This was the first event of it’s kind for the Tai Clwyd 50 Club and following it’s success and positive feedback (100%) we will now be running this as an annual event.
