Working Conditions

• We operate a 37 hour flexible working week and offer 25 days holiday, rising with service up to 30 days.
• A 'Social Housing Pension Scheme' (SHPS) is offered where the Association and the employee contribute to the scheme.
• The Association is recognised as an Investor in People and is very supportive to staff who wish to attend courses relevant to their work.
• The internal administration of the Association is through the medium of Welsh and the communication with tenants is in Welsh and English.
