Grant success for the Bus Stop Project
September 2008

The Bus Stop project which is a mobile information service for young people in Conwy County and is managed by Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd has been awarded a grant from the Rural Development Fund worth £84,000 over the next three years. Mair Edwards, Cymdeithas Tai Clwyds Senior Community Development Officer said:

“This is fantastic news. Six months ago we were uncertain about the future of the project but now we can look forward to the future and work along side the young people in Conwy to further develop the service. The money will improve provision in rural Conwy, making more frequent visits to those young people who are rurally isolated”.
